
Young Environmental Stewards or Y.E.S. Club began on January 22, 2019, at Cresson. The science club is open to students in grades 3-6. Lessons include games, bird beak experiments, the Great Backyard Bird Count, raptor presentation, raising ladybugs, and much more. Girls on the Run and Heart and Soul reaches girls at a critical stage, strengthening their confidence at a time when society begins to tell them they can’t. Underscoring the important connection between physical and emotional health, our program addresses the whole girl when she needs it the most.
